Shipping & Handling

In the Continental United States:

Shipping for all products is $8 for UPS Ground Shipping. For Braces, Medical Stockings and Future Formulations, we are pleased to offer a $8.00 discount (to offset shipping) with orders of $50 or more. For all other product categories we offer an $8.00 discount on purchases of $250 or more.

In Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders:

Shipping for ALL product categories is $45 for the first product and $5 for each additional product.

Alaska, Hawaii or International Orders are not eligible for any free shipping offers

Australia orders are subject to an additional $30 shipping charge on the first item.

Delivery Time

Please allow seven to ten business days for standard delivery.

Second day and next day are available; however additional charges do apply.

MartinAvenueShops.com is not responsible for untraceable orders. For out of stock items an order is placed with the manufacturer each week. Out of stock items placed after that weeks order has been placed will be put on the next manufacturer order the following week.

MartinAvenueShops.com is not responsible for delays due to manufacturer or product backorders.

Return Policy

Manufacturer Defects:

If after receiving your product, you notice a manufacturer defect, please contact Martin Avenue Shops at orders@martinavenue.com. Defects must be reported within the first 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that snags, runs and holes on support stockings are not considered a defect by the manufacturer.

Prior authorization along with a Return Authorization number must be obtained from Martin Avenue Shops before a defective product will be accepted. Once the defective product is authorized, given a return authorization number and returned with the proper paper work, the product will then be inspected and sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. When the results of the evaluation are received, an email informing the customer of the results will then be sent.

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are considered final at Martin Avenue Pharmacy due to the personal care nature and / or drug nature of the products we sell. This includes but is not limited to braces, supports, socks, stockings, vitamins, herbals, etc. In addition, there are no exchanges and once again all sales are considered final.

For health reasons, Martin Avenue Shops can not accept products or exchange products that have left our facility. Products received without prior authorization will be refused and carrier told to "return to sender." Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please be aware, that returned merchandise can trigger state sales taxes. This is true even if the Web store has no in-state presence, according to a California court. The ruling is likely to have an impact in other states.
